It is April 22 which means it is Earth Day! There are so many ways to celebrate our beautiful planet! You could plant a tree, clean up your street or local park, and recycle! Check out the Earth Day website for other ways you can contribute to keeping our Earth amazing!
We have so many fabrics featuring the wonderment of our planet. Here is a sampling of some of those designs; which is your favorite?
How about some Outdoor Adventure? Nothing like a fun camping trip to enjoy nature as seen in Angela Anderson’s collection.
Another fabric collection is Sewing Seeds II by Janet Wecker Frisch. A wonderful reminder that planting seeds to grow your own vegetables or flowers is a gift from mother nature.
The ocean is one of my favorite parts of our planet earth. Sea Treasures by Charlene Audrey showcases the beauty of the seashore. I’ll be back, I’m going for a walk on the beach 🙂
Not to mention the creatures that live within the ocean, as seen here in Jewels of the Sea by Christine Graf… so pretty and bright.
And… for good measure, here are a few others we just had to include!
On Earth Day, we celebrate all the gifts the world and nature make available to us. We recognize our complete dependence on its bounty. And we acknowledge the need for good stewardship to preserve its fruits for future generations.
